Established to address a genuine need in our community, our consultancy focuses exclusively on helping individuals navigate the UK benefits system. We recognised that many people in Leeds were missing out on support they qualified for, simply because the application processes felt too complicated or intimidating.
Our founding team brought together experience from local government welfare departments, citizens advice services, and legal aid organisations. This combination of perspectives allows us to understand both how the system works and how it affects real people trying to access it.
We operate from premises in Leeds city centre, making our services accessible to residents across West Yorkshire. While our core work involves face-to-face consultations, we also offer telephone and video appointments for clients who find travelling difficult.
